Our story begins in May 2023 when a few whimsical friends got together and decided to start making gluten free pancakes. On this random night we all agreed that these were the most delicious pancakes that had entered our faces.
A joke was made that we should start a pancake business, we all carried on stuffing our faces with these delicious pancakes. little did we know that soon a small joke would turn into reality and our lives would be consumed and heavily impacted by pancakes.
After a few days of brainstorming and bouncing around some ideas BAM TPM (The Pancake Man) was born. we have been hard at work turning a silly idea into reality.
In July 2023 we started offering our delicious pancakes at the local markets in Bristol and surrounding areas for all to enjoy. Currently we are a part of a great community and turning over huge support and taking part in multiple local markets.
